Sergey Fokin is a young talented chef from St. Petersburg. Co-owner and chef of Four Hands Restaurant and Salute Bar concept chef. Sergey was born in 1988 in Leningrad. In 2006 he graduated from the Professional Lyceum of Culinary Excellence.
He began his career with the restaurant Il Palazzo, then worked in Italy at the restaurant Il Vescovado. Returning to St. Petersburg, Sergey worked as a sous-chef of the Volga-Volga restaurant, and then headed the kitchen of the Grato restaurant.
