For 12 years he worked in the Ginza Project holding. Restaurants “Volga-Volga” , “Gastronomy”.
In 2016, he trained at the gastronomic bistro Terminal # 1 in Montpellier in southern France. As part of a delegation of chefs from St. Petersburg, he visited the Madrid Fusion international exhibition, took part in the preparation of dinner at the Russian Embassy in Madrid.
Today, Nikita Sechin is the chef of the La Vue restaurant.
