In the restaurant business since 2000, as a chef since 2005. He is the coach of the Russian WorldSkills national team, which in 2019 took 1st place at the World Championships, showing the best result among 46 participating countries.
He worked for several years in the restaurant Erarta Café at the Museum of Modern Art of the same name in St. Petersburg, where he created thematic sets dedicated to major exhibitions. Thanks to Artyom, the restaurant at the museum has actually turned into an independent gastronomic attraction.
Today it is a co-owner of the author’s restaurant Bourgeois Bohemians («Bobo»).
