Diego is a specialist in fermentation and wild plants with many years of experience in different countries. In 2011, he worked at the famous Noma restaurant in Copenhagen, which was three times recognized as the best restaurant in the world in the San Pellegrino rating. He was also a chef in the restaurant Boragó, which took 5th place among the best restaurants in Latin America in the ranking of San Pellegrino`s 50 Best. In 2014, Diego opened the FoodStudio culinary studio in Santiago, Chile, where he develops a unique author’s concept of serving dishes. Diego Prado gives lectures and holds master classes at the most prestigious congresses, symposiums and other events held by various organizations, including San Sebastian Gastronomika (Spain), speeches at Harvard (USA), Hattori University (Japan), etc.
