Alessio was born in Italy (Teramo).
In 2006, received the diploma and the degree of chef nutritionist «G.Marchitelli» Santa Maria (Italy).
Trained at the restaurant of the famous chef Heston Blumenthal — «Fat Duck». Three Michelin Stars.
He was involved in the promotion of the Four Seasons Firenze Hotel in Moscow and St. Petersburg (2017), New York (2016), Los Angeles (2015) together with Vito Mollica.
